Request RMA
RMA PROCEDURES (** Please read carefully before sending your item **)
1. If faxing a downloaded form, please fax a copy of original invoice with the RMA request form
2. Merchandise for return or replace will not be accepted without an RMA # (The number is good for 15 days).
3. DOA items or items returning for credit must be returned within 14 days, and in the latter case within 30 days from date of invoice.
4. Any merchandise received for RMA will be replaced or fixed at Hisco Technologies Canada Ltd.’s decision.
5. Items returned which do not match with original RMA request or not an Hisco Technologies Canada Ltd. Product will only be shipped back and customer is responsible for freight charges.
6. Warranty cannot be applied to any product that’s caused by improper installation, act of nature, voltage fluctuations, accident, or any unauthorized tempering.
7. The RMA Dept, will E-mail or Fax back to you’re a RMA number within 24hrs or provide a reson for RMA denial.
8. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer.
9. RMA# must be printed clearly on two sides of the returning box(es).
10. Hisco Technologies Canada Ltd. is not responsible for any lost returned ACCESSORIES except for Credit and DOA item. (Please Remove all Accessories when returning for Credit or DOA Exchange)
11. Please print out the RMA Approval Email and include in the package before shipping.
